Uber appoints new Sweden executive
Uber appoints Alok Alström as its new Sweden executive.
“I started last week and it feels great,” Alok Alström says to Dagens industri.
The Swedish executive position at Uber has been vacant since Robin Reznik quit earlier this year. Alström previously worked as a business developer for Bisnode.
Uber was founded in 2009 and has been controversial, mainly because of taxation issues. It has received more than SEK 60 billion in venture capital. The service is available in more than 200 cities across the world.Dagens IndustriAlok AlströmUberRobin ReznikBisnode
